After plantation minimum of 15 days wait before adding your 1st shrimps in aquarium. Plants are certainly needed for healthy shrimp environment. Sufficient light for plant growth and good filtration system needed to maintain water quality. High Temperature is a definite problem for shrimp keepers. Some species didn't survive above 26 degree Celsius. for those chiller or AC are mandatory. At least a cooling fan setup needed in summer time for any shrimp species.
